Pierre-Antoine et Julie Poli proposent au public de découvrir leur activité. Durant quelques heures, Julie Poli vous emmènera sur le terrain.
Elle vous fera découvrir les installations (parc reproduction, parc naissance, parc finition AOP, etc.) pour expliquer le parcours du cochon en montagne puis présenter la fabrication de la charcuterie. Avec une pause bienvenue sous les châtaigniers pour un spuntinu copieux de produits locaux.
Découvrez une exploitation porcine grâce aux circuits que Julie vous fera découvrir durant son parcours l'histoire d'un patrimoine et d'un savoir faire ancestral. L'aventure humaine au cœur de notre région est avant tout une rencontre remplie de partage et de convivialité
